Studio Rental Info + Terms of Use Agreement
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING TERMS:
Full payment is required to book and schedule.
Dream On Studio does not offer refunds for our hourly studio rentals. If a mistake is made on our part, refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking. An automatic $10 fee will automatically be charged to your payment form on your account if a 72 hours notice is not given. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $20 which will be automatically charged. Be sure to schedule the appropriate amount of time and arrive on time for your booking.
If you do not use all of your scheduled time, you will not be able to utilize unused hours at a later date.
Under no circumstances do we accept promotional coupons past the date of the promotion.
STUDIO USAGE:
Our studio has open space to rearrange furniture to the renters desired vision and needs. However, anything attached to the walls MUST stay attached.
You agree to treat all furniture and equipment with care. Although this is a private studio, it is a shared space so ensure everything is in good condition for the next guest. In the event that a piece of furniture is broken, please communicate with us. Any excessive damage to any furniture or equipment will incur a minimum $250.00 charge on your behalf.
ACCESS & SECURITY
Our studio is a private space, meaning no one but you and your party are allowed in the studio during your alotted time. Furthermore, there are no cameras monitoring the inside of the studio. However, the building in which the studio resides is under 24-hour video surveillance. The entrance, all hallways, stairways, and elevators are being monitored for your safety and the protection of the studio and other tenants.
STUDIO RULES & GUIDELINES:
No glitter, body oils, grease, smoke bombs, fireworks, or open fires
No pets or animals permitted
No alcohol, drugs, weapons
Snacks are allowed; please throw away any trash
Small children are always under supervision
No loud music; but feel free to listen to music during your visit
Please be respectful of the space and equipment
Place furniture back in its place and tidy up space as your session comes to an end
Please roll and place backdrops back on shelf
Please be considerate of others time by wrapping up your booking according to your scheduled time-slot
UNPLUG all equipment and TURN OFF THE LIGHTS before you leave
Be sure to pull the door up all the way as you leave
Please lift at the door if you drag anything into the studio
NOTE: In the event that you do not follow these guidelines, we reserve the right to immediately cancel current, future, or pre-purchased bookings, without a refund.
INDEMNITIES AND HOLD HARMLESS
The Renter and whomever they may transfer their rights agree:
a) to waive all claims against Dream On Studio LLC or any of its associated parties (collectively “Dream On Studio LLC” or the “Released Parties”) arising as a result of equipment malfunction or failure, accidents, falls, or any other damage(s)/accidents or any other cause while on the premises of Dream On Studio;
b) to release and forever discharge the Dream On Studio from all liability for personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from the rental due to any cause;
c) to be accountable for all claims, fees, actions, damages, including hospital, court, legal or arbitration fees, and all other liabilities due to the rental or any other behavior taken place at Dream On Studio
All minors are to be accompanied and supervised by renter during the rental period. Renters are solely accountable for the behavior and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on our premises and inside the studio. Dream On Studio has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Renter’s activities. However, we do not tolerate any weird behavior in any form involving minors.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Renter agrees to take responsibility for any loss or damage to the studio, furniture, or equipment. The Renters agreEs to pay the costs of repair or replacement for any damage or loss caused within 72 hours of a claim. The amount is solely determined by Dream On Studio, LLC and no need to worry about normal wear and tear.
You assume all responsibility for anyone associated with your rental including photographers, friends, assistants, makeup artist, models, or friends.
As a renter, you agree to leave the studio and surrounding areas in the same condition as you found it. You are solely responsible for any legal infractions made by yourself or members of your party during the scheduled booking. This includes parking tickets, citations, and legal action.

Any links to websites or internet resources provided for your convenience do not signify or imply our endorsement of such other website or resource. We have no control over its content and only linked to make your booking run smoothly. The use of any links is at the renters own risk. You agree that Dream On Studio LLC has no liability or responsibility for any information, software, or materials discovered on any other website or internet resource linked.
