CONTENT STUDIO FAQS

Here are the answers to some of our most commonly asked questions. Reach out to us if you need additional information. There are also a few tech videos to help you get an idea of how to use the studio equipment properly.

    • Be mindful of any unexpected delays such as traffic, parking, weather, clients, and other factors

    • Check your booking information to avoid cancellations or rescheduling

    • Schedule the correct amount of time to get the most out of your session. Don’t forget that setting up and clean-up is included in your time slot

  • A 2-HOUR FREE parking garage is located right next to us and there is metered street parking available. If you are willing to walk, there are other parking garages and metered spots each block over. 

  • You can use and rearrange the furniture however you would like. Everything stays attached to the walls, though.

  • Our main door entrance is on New Hampshire Street where the WellSpring School of Allied Health sign hangs. Once inside, use the elevator or stairs to access the 2nd floor. Our suite is the last at the end of the hall. 

    You’ll receive a code for the studio door once your booking is scheduled.

  • Once your session is booked you’ll receive the lockbox code via email immediately after.

  • Cancel your appointment and rebook at any available time. Read the terms and conditions before you confirm the booking for additional details about cancellations.

  • If you need more time, go along the booking process and check for your desired time if available. Unfortunately, if your time slot is unavailable you will not be able to reschedule. 

  • Creatives could easily lose track of time. No worries. Kindly let them know that you are here for your session. Let us know if you encounter any issues. 

  • If someone abuses the space in any way, please get in touch with us immediately. You will be accommodated if any circumstances impede your session time.
